The best authentic Italian Pizzeria in Myrtle Beach with many years experience in the business! Just like back home in NJ/NY and a very nice Italian family too! They even have cannoli's (filled to order) and homemade cheesecake too!

The staff here is extremely friendly and the food is amazing! My family had a variety of dishes after church and we all enjoyed the experience very much.

Have eaten there and did take out many times. The other night we decided to try the sausage and pepper roll...it was amazing, don't know how they do the sausage but it was the texture of shaved steak but the best tasting Italian sausage. It was packed solid with peppers and cheese and absolutely delicious

Excellent pies! This pizza joint will be in my regular rotation of places when I visit Myrtle. I’ll update with pics next time. Don’t let the prices scare you, you get what you pay for. The large pies are HUGE. A big eater would have a hard time finishing 3 slices.

If you haven't been here yet, it's a must-try! The piea are huge and heavy, and the crust is awesome. Seriously the best pie I have had in years. Thanks for making our dinner tonight!

Very good pizza and the atmosphere is that of a hometown restaurant. Regulars are acknowledged and treated as such. And, new customers are very appreciatiated.

Loved it! Great food & warm staff make up for lack of ambience strip mall location. I enjoyedtheir chef salad stacked high with turkey/ham, cheese, marinated red bell pepper & cucumber on real greens (not nasty iceberg)! Home made vinaigrette dressing is lovely. Pizza is a yummy NY style. Not your run of the mill pizzeria. Give them your business, no regrets!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here. The staff was so friendly, very attentive, and the food was amazing. The restaurant was very clean, it had a great atmosphere. The owners are really doing a great job. This restaurant is going to be a hit in the Carolina Forest community. If you want great food and great service. This is the new hot spot in the area.

Coming from West Virginia, I have to say, this is the BEST Pizza place I have ever ate at in my entire life!!! You definitely have to try this place! we will return every time! fun and friendly atmosphere, A++++

I absolutely loved this place today!! FINALLY a place that tastes like the pizza back home from PA! The staff was so incredibly kind! They were so thoughtful that they even cut up a slice of pizza for my 1 yr old! Very family friendly atmosphere with outstanding food!! Definitely give it a try! Don’t pay attention to negative reviews... not 1 person in there was rude and the customers were giving nothing but compliments to the staff! Can’t wait to return and try more of the items they offer!

Just ok not worth 34.00 for small calzone and lg 2item pizza owner even worse only orderd sm calzone with pep and sauage didnt order conola and never got either so if we were charge that thats on u

We have made our visit to Scotto’s a weekly event and thankful they are so convenient to Carolina Forest. Trying several menu items we have found everything delicious although personal favorites are Pasta with broccoli, oil, garlic and chicken as well as Chicken Lina and of course the Pizza. Deserving of a 10! 👍

I am 'bout to shout! I have never had a better calzone. The ricotta cheese is superb. Plenty of ingredients. And it is ENORMOUS. I really tried to limit myself but I kept sneaking back for a bite. The sauce is really good...I should have gotten extra. The menu is extensive for a small place and I can't wait to try it all. The inside is clean, updated and smells incredible. They took my order late (right before they closed)and were super fast. I really like to see young people making a business flourish. I love this new edition to Carolina Forest.

After hearing many great things about Scotto’s I finally tried them out. Ordered a chicken roll ( these guys are definitely from up north ) they knew what that is. Staff polite and friendly. Oh I almost forgot, BEST chicken roll I ever had!!! Being from LI I’ve eaten a lot of chicken rolls. Tried the pizza and it was GREAT! Will for sure be back for great food. Good luck with your business.

Pizza and garlic knots were wonderful. It did take about 30 minutes to get our pizza but it was worth the wait.

Just outstanding thin crust pizza. Great flavors from every ingredient. I did try their subs. I’mNot a fan. Just weak all around. However I’m not taking that away from my rating. This place rocks and is now ( in my opinion) the best of the beach

I had family over last night. I ordered 2 pizzas 2 regular salads and a sandwich. I have ordered several times before. The pizzas were tasteless. The salads were just a bunch of stuff threw together. There were a hand full of jar red peppers on top which saturated everything. The olives were mushy. I was really embarrassed and surprised. What in the world?

Good pizza but tried calling 3x and was put on an automated voice message hold for 10 minutes each time. Guess they need more help answering phones! Michaels pizza got my business tonight! Just as good.

Cheese steak pizza and plain pizza were good. Thin crust. friendly staff

We had a pepperoni & mushroom pizza and an antipasto salad. It was all delicious. Lots of toppings on pizza and salad. Highly recommend

WOW, great food. I have been ordering different foods off the menu and have been pleased. I have had the Sausage roll, Meatball sub, Sicilian Pizza, lunch special 2 slices and drink, Italian sub, Chicken Parmesan subs.

Finally a great pizza place! Originally from NJ I have been searching for good pizza. I knew they would be good since they are also from NJ. I had their pizza, meatball sub and Italian sub so far and all were excellent!! Thank you for moving to the beach! It’s a taste of home to me.

Hands down the best pizza in MB. I don't trust 5 star reviews in MB when it comes to food bc people come from everywhere. I am from NY/NJ and I know good food and good pizza. This is GOOD pizza.

Great People! Great Food!

We've previously tried Scotto's pizza. Not so great. Today we ordered what will be our last pizza from Scotto's. The 2"-3" crust around the edges was burnt and very hard/tough. Inedible. You could barely take a bite out of the pizza or cut it into slices because the bottom crust was so hardened. The pepperoni was also burnt around the edges. The tomato sauce and cheese on the pizza was microscopically thin. I don't know how anyone can make a living selling such poor quality pizza. It was an insult. We so hoped today's pizza would be better than the previous and would like to see Scotto's Pizzeria in Carolina Forest survive and thrive. At this rate unless improvements are made with their pizza Scotto's is doomed to fail. I've been eating pizza for over 50 years and today's from Scotto's was the worst pizza I've ever eaten and that is the honest truth.

I want to thank Scotto family for helping us through these hard times not only is the food good but the family is outstanding always polite courteous and friendly thanks again for everything you do for the community let’s help support this restaurant through these tough times we need them (che Dio vi benedica)

Best pizza in MB area! Order 3x weekly and always on point. Pizza is REAL italian pizza & calzones are also really good. We order alot from scottos & always on point. Good food , good prices & nice people. Very Clean restaurant. They should get 10+ stars!!

Nothing special about the Philly special. Not many onions, peppers or mushrooms.
